The first CSA pick up will be from 4-6 pm at the Towne's Harvest Garden on June 24, 2008.

Volunteer Hours for the summer of 2008 will be:

Tuesdays: 7:30 am - 12 noon and 2 pm -  5 pm

Thursdays: 9 am - 12 noon and 2 pm - 5 pm

Fridays: 7:30 am - 12 noon and 2 pm - 5 pm

Tuesday and Friday mornings, we'll be harvesting, washing, and bunching/bagging produce.  Thursdays we'll be doing various kinds of field work.

Please email us at townes.harvest@gmail.com if you'd like to be added to our volunteer list.

Our 2nd Annual Harvest Festival will take place at Lindley Park Center on Saturday, September 6th, from 4-7 pm.   Dinner will be provided, using as locally-sources ingredients as possible, with salad from the farm, local ice cream, and pizza with farm-fresh toppings.  Music will be provided by Archer's Mob.  There will also be a silent auction.  Beer will be available for an additional charge.  Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $8 for CSA Members and Students, and $5 for ages 12 and under (those under ages 5 are free).  Tickets available at Cactus Records, and by contacting us at townes.harvest@gmail.com.
